Refund policy
If you would like to receive a refund rather than an exchange, please email us about your inquiry at contact@everlumecandles.com. In order to make an exchange, the following must be completed. Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Shipping costs for refunds must be covered by the customer. If the item isn't received in its original state that it was sent to you in, your refund is subject to rejection. If your refund has been approved, it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 5 business days.
